Charlottesville-based custom builder seeks an experienced Superintendent to join our team. Duties include management of assigned in-house staff and subcontractors, materials and equipment inventory management, schedule maintenance, some hands-on work as well as clear and effective communication with owners, designers and management.
To be successful, candidates must have at least five years' supervision experience in residential new homes, remodel and renovation projects. Light commercial experience would be a plus. Candidates should be able to read, understand, and implement blueprint details. Professional demeanor and appearance are required.
