We are currently seeking a Senior Instructor/Trainer for a long-term project with one of our esteemed clients in Austin, TX. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and contribute to impactful training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop training classes and materials for new product functionality and enhancements.
Conduct engaging training sessions for a variety of audiences.
Create job aids and supplemental training resources to support end users.
Demonstrate new or enhanced functionality during Champion meetings and live demonstration sessions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, information systems analysts, end users, and department executives to ensure successful training outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
8 yrs. experience in creating job aids.
8 yrs. experience in developing and implementing training plans.
8 yrs. experience in developing and conducting training classes for new or enhanced product functionality.
8 yrs. experience in demonstrating new/enhanced functionality to a variety of audiences.
Preferred
2 yrs. Experience with web-based learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
Proven experience in training program development and delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels.
Strong ability to create detailed and accessible training resources, including job aids and eLearning materials.
Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit various audience needs.
