We seek compassionate counselors to join our growing team at NPC, a start-up outpatient clinic in downtown Gresham, OR. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy to clients aged 12-65, using various therapeutic approaches to address addiction and trauma.
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Whether you are pre-licensed or fully licensed, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and specialized training in addiction, trauma, and co-occurring conditions.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Pre-licensed (e.g., Registered Associate) or licensed LPC/LMFT, CADC I and above, CSAT candidates, or IFS practitioners are welcome.
Experience with or willingness to pursue CSAT, IFS certification, or other trauma-informed practices is ideal.
Familiarity with addiction recovery, compulsive sexual behavior (including pornography), IFS, Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, and/or other healing modalities is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Caseload: Manage a caseload of 12-21 clients/week (part-time) or 22-30 clients/week (full-time), offering both individual and group therapy (in-person and online).
Collaboration: Work closely with the NPC team and external providers (e.g., primary care doctors, probation officers, mental health professionals) to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.
Treatment & Documentation: Conduct intake assessments, create treatment plans, write progress notes, and provide monthly reports. You'll also manage crisis responses and client referrals as needed.
Specialization: Develop expertise in specialized areas such as trauma recovery, family therapy, addiction counseling, or couples therapy. The opportunity to deepen your skills through ongoing training is encouraged.
