We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction/Electrical Infrastructure Site Representative to oversee and manage various construction and electrical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, electrical systems, and project management. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Implement effective mitigation strategies to address any challenges.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Inspect construction work, materials, and equipment to verify quality and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure construction
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, environemntal, local and state regulations.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify that project deliverables meet specified requirements.
Implement quality assurance procedures and document control processes.
Identify and address quality issues promptly.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Promote a safe work environment and encourage safe work practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and inspection reports.
Prepare progress reports and project status updates for management and clients.
Manage project documentation and records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
