Requirement:

Role: Associate Systems Engineer (with biopharma or medical devices or relevant industry Exp)

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 12+ months

Additional job details from HM:

Q) Is this person supposed to come from the biopharma and medical device industry or is it okay if he was a system engineer in another industry? What level of troubleshooting is needed ?

HM:

I will look at all the resumes but likely the ones that will get more attention/interview is if they have experience within a regulated industry.

HM:

Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, failure mode effect analysis, you bet we get into all of that stuff. I know this position is for an associate level, so I can't expect that our candidate is going to have experience in all of those fields with such a short amount of experience. Some of that is fine

Objective:
  • The plan is to initiate sourcing for an Associate Systems Engineer role and have the candidate ready to start by the first week of January. This involves selecting a candidate, having the offer accepted, and completing a background check in advance.

Role Details:
  • Candidates from regulated industries are preferred but not required.

  • The associate will be involved in troubleshooting and FMEA, among other responsibilities

  • This Engineer will be dealing with various issues from field complaints to supplier notifications when parts are going obsolete, then we have to find new parts or maybe non conformances that we find in the field as well.
