Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work within budget constraints.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.
  • Leverage historical project data and metrics to improve planning accuracy and cost management strategies.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering clear communication and resolving issues proactively.
  • Monitor project performance, including labor hours, material costs, and overall progress, to ensure milestones are met.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; experience with project management software is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to accurately assess project needs and outcomes.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and participate in required screenings and training.
