TechPride seeks a USCG Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration, and Intelligence (C5I) Program Lead who possesses equally- developed skills and proven success in business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement to work within United States Coast Guard:
This role leads initiatives supporting the Acquistion to Sustainment Transition of C5I systems and key stakeholders within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) and Acquistion Directorate (CG-93X) communities.
This role delivers project management, logistics management, business operations, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement planning and execution across business transformation projects.
This role may require a hybrid schedule of three days per week onsite at USCG HQ (St. Elizabeths).
Responsibilities: Day-to-day program leadership; planning and execution on a range of C5I workstreams across USCG Surface, Shore, and Aviation assets including content development and logistics coordination for governance meetings, meeting facilitation, development of standard operating procedures, management of stakeholder distribution lists, data calls, program management reviews and various reporting-related activities to the government.
Leadership of C5I project's support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics.
Development of project plans (i.e., Schedules, Risk Management Plan, Communications Plan etc.)
Execution of projects / coordination of stakeholders using Teams, SharePoint, Jira or EPM applications
Analysis of C5I performance data to determine critical areas of improvement and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant project management experience, with at least 3 years of experience supporting USCG C5ISC, CG-93X, or CG-6 initiatives.
Ability to execute projects in both an Agile and Waterfall environment.
Ability to direct data analysis efforts to identify data trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents.
Ability to shape business development opportunities and to guide potential clients towards corporate objectives.
Direct client management and interaction within the government sector that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex environment.
Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
Technical writing/editorial experience.
Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
PMP certification desired but not required.
Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
