Job Description
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources, serving as a trusted partner and leader within the Human Resources organization. You will drive Solidigm's total rewards philosophy, including compensation, rewards & recognition, benefits, and global mobility. As an experienced leader, you will be hands-on, with a deep understanding of total compensation. You will leverage your experience to deliver innovative and meaningful programs and solutions to the business. Through your leadership and visionary approach, you will be expected to balance key principles with a pragmatic approach.
Responsibilities
Lead global rewards, compensation, benefits, and global mobility functions to effectively design, implement, and communicate an overarching strategy, supported by programs, policies, and initiatives that move the business forward while aligning with Solidigm's business needs.
Direct the Global Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility teams (9 Team Members) by offering guidance and leadership, mentoring Team Members, managing performance, fostering professional development, prioritizing daily tasks, facilitating projects, and identifying solutions.
Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape to design tailored strategies for compensation concerning key talent segments. Benchmarking, incorporating research data, and trend analyses are essential to educating and informing Solidigm stakeholders on total compensation trends.
Oversee all aspects of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity awards, and other incentives
Review the mix of benefits offered to employees and assess their effectiveness; make recommendations to vary offerings based on current best practices, cost, and utility of benefits to employees
Create and deliver progressive approaches to compensation and benefits that will attract, retain, and engage a diverse and empowered global workforce.
Inspire change management, process improvement, communications and engagement initiatives to ensure our Team Members and leaders understand our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Report to HR Leadership Team on the team's production, activities, and efforts; plan and manage the team's program budget
Lead your team to define, develop, and deploy global policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Define and implement executive compensation processes and policies, including administrative tasks in support of executive and equity compensation administration, such as data auditing, cleanup, reporting, dashboards, modeling for new plan design, process improvement, and supporting other initiatives.
Partner with Finance on long-term incentive (equity) plans, ensuring competitiveness in the marketplace.
Lead the creation of Compensation Committee materials.
Qualifications
A minimum of 15 years total rewards experience, including a minimum of 8 years managing a global total rewards team at scale.
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field; an advance degree preferred.
Strong understanding of global compensation, benefits and global mobility practices, regulations, and market trends.
Advanced knowledge of trends, legislative activity, and regulatory issues that affect compensation and benefits.
Comprehensive experience in human resources with experience building best-in-class global programs in complex, international environments requiring strong alignment with multiple internal partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and employees.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $206,960 - $372,540. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
