Alliance Environmental Group LLC. is an environmental contractor specializing in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold, legal assessments and removal of hazardous materials. We have offices across the state of CA, including Las Vegas NV, WA, Oregon and Phoenix AZ.
The Assistant Superintendent responsibilities are coordinating and monitoring day-to-day labor procedures and processes, subcontractors and vendors
Major Responsibilities: Assistant Superintendent
Assign and schedule field workers on a daily basis
Manage and supervise field staff
Assist with oversight of all certifications for employees
Responsible for fieldworkers, salesmen, and customer concerns
Have working knowledge of OSHA Regulations, Asbestos, Lead and Mold, water mitigation and reconstruction
Manage jobs under time and budget constraints
Read and interpret vital reports
Oversee various types of projects (demo, mitigation, reconstruction, etc.) and ensure company standards are being met, and job scope is being adhered to
Position Requirements: Assistant Superintendent
2-3 years industry experience
Construction experience required
Includes special certification required for specific jobs
Multi-Tasking & Organization Skills
Supervisory experience strongly recommended
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
A high school diploma, GED or equivalent, college degree
Able to effectively communicate in both oral and written form
