We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist. This role is integral in managing various human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a comprehensive understanding of HR legalities and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administer and oversee Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes.
Provide support to the VP of HR, assisting in various HR initiatives and projects.
Facilitate effective employee relations, promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and be within a commutable distance. Relocation is not provided.
