We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team and lead the technology delivery aspect of real estate construction projects. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives in hardware-centric, logistics-focused environments and excels at driving end-to-end deployment efforts. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology within workplace and facility projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Technology Component Lead for real estate and facility management teams, coordinating all technology requirements for construction and renovation projects.
Oversee deployments ranging from small-scale AV upgrades to large-scale site implementations involving Wi-Fi, printing, desk setups, and AV systems.
Manage project estimates, timelines, and deliverables for technology deployments.
Facilitate kick-off calls with technology SMEs and collaborate with the circuit team to design, configure, and install network hardware.
Identify and resolve project barriers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient progress with all stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of designs, builds, and operating procedures.
Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and provide updates to all involved parties.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures for all systems, applications, software, and hardware.
Support infrastructure changes to enhance reliability, efficiency, and resiliency.
Perform basic production support tasks and troubleshoot deployment-related issues.
Requirements:
Experience: Multi-year experience managing large-scale, hardware-focused infrastructure projects with a strong focus on logistics.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and MS Excel. Exceptional documentation, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with network configurations, AV setups, and workplace technologies such as Wi-Fi, printers, and desk systems.
Mindset: Ability to "knock down barriers" and work collaboratively to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment:
Location: On-site 3 days per week.
Project Scope: Lead diverse deployments ranging from small upgrades to complex multi-site implementations.
