Job Description:

JustinBradley's client, a leading source of mortgage financing, is seeking a Project Coordinator II to join their Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and project coordination support to the Program Management Team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This role is integral to advancing our client's efforts to embed diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the enterprise while meeting regulatory requirements and driving measurable impact through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Draft and send correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Organize and execute logistics for events, including booking venues, managing registrations, and ensuring seamless event operations.
  • Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote engagement and participation in activities.
  • Track and monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide operational support for OMWI and D&I projects, including data management and reporting.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns to highlight ERG programs and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Program Management Team and stakeholders.
  • Draft newsletters, updates, and communications to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Facilitate communication between ERG members, leadership, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, events, and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence, meeting minutes, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing deadlines efficiently.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups, showcasing empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing projects, including goal setting, tracking progress, and reporting results.
  • Proactive in addressing challenges and providing solutions.
  • Experience creating promotional strategies and materials for events.
  • Ability to analyze and report on data to measure engagement and impact.
