Apex Systems is seeking a dynamic Program/Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives for our client's expanding WiFi team in Greenwood Village, CO
We are looking for a swiss army knife that is able to run the program from a 1,000 foot view and has the product skills to be able to jump into each individual product to help them get on track!
Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite per week
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Multiple PMs: You'll manage various project managers across technology, field operations, and customer operations.
End-to-End Responsibility: Full accountability for deliverables, interfacing with delivery teams through other PMs.
Product Involvement: Assist in developing products, roadmaps, strategies, and launches.
Project Tracking: Ensure all projects are on track, going the extra mile to meet deadlines.
Executive Liaison: Act as the bridge between teams/products and VP-level executives, requiring excellent presentation skills.
Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks and roadblocks.
Standardization: Streamline business requirements and hold teams accountable.
SMB Focus: A significant portion of projects will involve small-medium business components.
Agile Transition: While comfortable in a Waterfall environment, you'll help the team become more agile.
Stakeholder Management: Key part of the role, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Required Experience:
Program and Product Management: A mix of these experiences is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Product Launch: Experience in launching physical products.
Cross-Functional Work: Proven track record of managing multiple projects and working across different functions.
Telecom/Wi-Fi Experience: Previous experience in telecom or Wi-Fi projects.
SMB Experience: Familiarity with small-medium business projects.
