Clayton Services is searching for a Materials/Project Coordinator to join a thriving company in Waller, Texas. The Materials/Project Coordinator will be the liaison between various departments and company suppliers, directing packages to the correct location and arranging for timed deliveries, working with team members to ensure documents are organized and easily accessible, reviewing documents, and collecting supporting documentation.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $55,000-$60,000/annually

Materials/Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Communicating with management to evaluate various supply vendors.
Identify the OD, ID, and length on part and assembly engineering drawings.
Place purchase orders as necessary.
Facilitate the flow of materials between various parties and departments and check job cost reports for mischarges and other inconsistencies.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain schedules for each ongoing project.
Look for solutions to vendor errors, budget limitations, and other problems as they arise.
Work with Project Managers to collect relevant information.
Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
Review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure that all documents are properly classified, filed, and stored in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor document usage, access, and retention to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Materials/Project Coordinator Education and Experience:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
1-3 years of materials procurement experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is preferred.
