Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize the procurement of PCBAs, injection molding components, and contract manufacturing services.
Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, ensuring they meet stringent quality, compliance, and cost benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to align sourcing strategies with product development objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, evaluate supplier capabilities, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to achieve cost savings while fostering long-term supplier partnerships.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using established KPIs and metrics, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of sourcing professionals, fostering professional growth and delivering results.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6-10+ years of strategic sourcing experience within the medical device or diagnostics industry, with proven expertise in PCBAs, injection molding, and contract manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in implementing sourcing strategies that reduce costs and improve supply chain operations.
