e are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will is a general athlete who is energized about figuring out to improve efficiency and drive increased productivity across a range of business situations.
T
his role will work cross-functionally, partnering with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and others. The role will be project-based. Potential projects could include:
S
chedule Optimization - how can we optimize our schedule structure and process to fit in more patients, and skew our mix toward high value clients? Should we block appointments by type? By client type? What are our best performing hospitals doing that we can scale across our network?
S
cale surgery & dental offerings - this is our most lucrative service line. How can we re-imagine the end-to-end operating model to maximize profitability (e.g. need identification, schedule priority, surgery types offered by DVM, pricing, referrals, etc.)
M
arketing performance analytics - Which marketing channels are driving the highest ROI? What initiatives / campaigns are working vs not? How should we change our marketing spend allocation?
O
bserve hospital processes and flow to document existing processes and brainstorm initiatives that could create efficiency improvements.
A
successful candidate will have a generalist background and 'jack of all trades' mentality given the wide scope of projects encompassed by this role. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker who is excited to join a company entering a phase of hyper-growth.

o be successful you'll need to operate effectively as part of a smaller company, within a broader multi-brand and matrixed organization. Building relationships and trust throughout the entire organization is critical.
