Join us as an Associate Product Manager on our End-to-End (E2E) Customer Experience team. What You'll Do:
Drive Product Excellence: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.
Enhance Customer Journeys: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand the customer experience, refining processes and features to optimize onboarding.
Shape Product Features: Develop clear acceptance criteria, success metrics, and solution designs, maintaining conceptual and technical integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead Agile Processes: Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, define program increment objectives, and drive tradeoff evaluations for scope and timelines.
Advocate for the Customer: Conduct usability studies and voice-of-customer research to guide feature development.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and product marketing to ensure consistency in design and implementation.
Support Strategic Growth: Assist in building business cases for new opportunities, and guide software/vendor selection when necessary.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience, with a focus on digital platforms and customer onboarding.
Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, with experience leading delivery teams and managing backlogs.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as web and CRM platforms.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage stakeholders across varying technical backgrounds.
Adaptability: A flexible, solution-focused approach to navigating fast-paced environments and managing change effectively.
Customer Focus: A proven ability to enhance digital experiences by prioritizing user needs and outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in digital customer success or onboarding for subscription-based services.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and IT systems development.
Background in medical devices is a plus but not required.
