We are seeking a Techno-functional Jira Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jira process management and consulting and will be responsible for assessing the current state of Jira within an organization, facilitating discussions with leadership to align Jira with business processes, and creating design workflow diagrams for future state implementation.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current state of Jira across multiple departments within the organization.
Facilitate discussions with leadership to determine the ideal future state of Jira.
Create detailed design workflow diagrams to guide the future state of Jira.
Collaborate with leadership to plan the migration from the current state to the future state of Jira.
Advise and assist in the prioritization and management of helpdesk tickets within Jira.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in consulting or coaching Agile teams using Jira and process management.
Proven experience in conducting technology assessments and creating workflow diagrams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and technical teams.
3+ years of experience in Jira workflow development and administration.
Proven experience with Adaptivist ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting for Jira
Experience in facilitating helpdesk operations using Jira and prioritizing ticket management.
Expertise in REST API configurations
Proficiency in administering Jira products, integrating workflows, issue types, fields, screens, schemas, and projects
Strong project and product management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in time management and a solution-oriented approach
