About the Role - The Internship Development Program is a dynamic 10-week paid summer program at Cemex, where interns will dive into hands-on experiences across Cement, Ready-Mix, Aggregates, and corporate roles. Qualifications -
Degrees accepted: Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering
Work environment: 70-80% Field and 20-30% Office
Work hours: 40 hours a week. (Up to 50 on a given week). Working rotational hours with some weekends and holidays. Capability to work extended hours as necessary. Work entails physical labor, with shifts potentially lasting longer than 8 hours. Rotational schedules involving outdoor work in varying temperatures.
GPA of 2.5 and above preferred
