Director of Enterprise Delivery

Location: Jacksonville, Florida - Hybrid

Reports to: Leadership Team

Direct Reports: Recruiting Operations Analyst & Delivery Team

Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Enterprise Delivery to lead and elevate our enterprise delivery operations. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can manage enterprise recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and be a critical liaison between internal recruiting & sales teams and our valued clients. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence and champion talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives, ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Recruitment & Delivery Leadership:
  • Oversee and analyze enterprise recruitment strategies to ensure optimal performance, alignment with client goals, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee allocation of client requirements and recruitment bandwidth allocation based on ROI-driven strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of delivery metrics to identify trends and opportunities for refinement.
  • Ensure enterprise-level workforce solutions exceed client expectations and align with SLAs and KPIs.

Internal Training & Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement tailored training programs to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning by developing resources and coaching teams to adopt best practices.
  • Ensure all delivery team members have the skills and tools to deliver exceptional results.

Strategic Collaboration Between Recruiting and Sales:
  • Act as a key liaison between recruiting and sales teams, driving collaboration, alignment, and shared strategy.
  • Challenge and lead these teams to develop innovative solutions for client success while fostering a unified organizational vision.
  • Partner with sales leadership to strategize client engagement and retention plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Internal Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Serve as the face of Interactive Resources for internal recruiting efforts, ensuring we attract top-tier talent to our organization.
  • Identify current and future talent needs and spearhead the vetting and hiring of external candidates for internal roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are set up for success through targeted training, support, and accountability structures.

Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and mentor high-performing delivery teams, empowering them to achieve operational excellence.
  • Build a cohesive team culture focused on collaboration, growth, and client success.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement.

Process Optimization & Scalability:
  • Design scalable frameworks to support enterprise growth and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Leverage analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making across recruitment and delivery functions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, implementing innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Strategically develop processes to maximize bandwidth utilization and maximize ROI on effort based on strategic requirement and business allocation across the delivery team.

Strategic Growth:
  • Align delivery capabilities with the strategic objectives of both the sales and recruiting teams.
  • Ensure future growth plans are supported and achieved thru strategy.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.

Experience:
  • 7-10+ years in staffing, workforce solutions, or related industry.
  • Proven success in a leadership role managing enterprise client delivery and recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in training, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, challenge, and align sales and recruiting teams around shared objectives.
  • Expertise in onboarding and talent development, with a passion for internal team success.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on operational scalability and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in staffing tools, ATS, VMS, and performance metrics platforms.
