An exciting opportunity to join the GFX and FICC Derivative Operations Client Service Team.
The role entails responsibility for providing dedicated support to the bank's clients in a challenging and fast paced environment, ensuring sustained proficiency and accuracy for all tasks; responsible for the investigation and resolution of exceptions for FX and OTC transactions as well as post trade settlement investigation. Communication by phone and email is required while providing exceptional customer service to both client and internal service partners.
Responsibilities:
Timely settlement of FX and OTC transactions. Break and case management for post settlement investigations.

Experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting institutionally traded financial products is desirable but not required.
