About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills and technical proficiency to manage and streamline our project processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain technical reviews for external vendors and track the status of reviews and surveys in the OneTrust system.
Promote surveys that are ready for approval and ensure they are approved and closed in the system once completed.
Maintain accurate documentation and create initial drafts of presentations.
Develop and manage project plan templates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with new people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Projects.
Experience with SharePoint and Teams, specifically in document management.
Ability to extract key information from discussions and be an active listener.
Work Focus:
50-70% of your work will focus on administrative tasks related to projects.
30-50% will involve learning and implementing new project methodologies.
Personality Traits:
Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A keen listener who can extract valuable insights from discussions.
