The USICO supports the Deputy Compliance Officer in managing the Indivior Global Integrity & Compliance Program (ICP). This role involves strategic partnership and advisory across U.S. Business Units and Global Functions to ensure compliance and integration of the ICP.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Advisory and Compliance: Provide daily compliance advisory and solutions across U.S. business units. Risk Assessment: Lead the U.S. I&C Risk Assessment and Mitigation Planning (RAMP) process. Policy Governance: Oversee the development and review of I&C policies and SOPs. Training: Develop and deliver compliance training programs. Monitoring and Audits: Participate in compliance monitoring and audits. Leadership: Manage a team and a network of Compliance Champions. Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure compliance and support corporate goals. Reporting: Report on compliance to senior management and government bodies.
