We are seeking 3 temporary entry-level SuccessFactors Employee Central Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in Employee Central to support the accurate entry, maintenance, and monitoring of employee data within our HR system.
These resources are required for 14 weeks, excluding Christmas/New year holiday week.
This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and supporting HR operations by ensuring employee information is accurate, current, and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including personal details, job information, compensation, and benefits.
Monitor and process HR helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48 hours and appropriate documentation.
Ensure 100% data accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information with source documents.
Prepare mass upload files and perform data validation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is required for this role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy.
Proficient in Jira ticket management, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and record maintenance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
