Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Spring, TX
Type of Role : Contract, 12 months
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our team is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a client in the Oil and Gas Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail.
May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information.
Support for 4 supervisors including: Calendar support, timekeeping, event management, office supply and other peripherals management, meeting coordination and planning , and other ad hoc admin support .
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of previous Administrative experience
Proficiency with MS Office required.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
