Responsibilities
Phone, message, and email communications directly with client accounts
Ensure that the customer service hotline is answered at all times, including off-work hours and weekends (Answering calls on off-work hours and weekends comes with a bonus).
Provide accurate information regarding client's questions and needs
Updating CRM system with new client information
Link clients with consultants depending on clients' needs and location
