Booming finance firm in Santa Monica is seeking an all-star Receptionist to provide support to their office, clients and team.
This is an innovative and collaborative firm doing exciting things and the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all office communications. Responsibilities will be both fun and challenging, while adding greater value to the firm, and will include:
Providing white glove service to clients and guests
Answering calls and emails
Booking meetings and managing conference room calendars
Ordering supplies and catering; setting up for meetings
Planning company events
Handling back up admin support, including arranging travel and processing expenses
Helping with projects
