Executive Assistant for Consumer Brands Company (Orange County)
Our client is looking for an accomplished, experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of a popular Orange County consumer brands (apparel, sunglasses, footwear) company. The role will involve aspects of project management (assisting the finance team, taking meeting notes) and personal assistance for the CEO who does not live in the area (helping maintaining residences, gifting). The candidate will also be responsible for planning bespoke dining experiences in addition to high-level meetings. They will support other executives as necessary, collaborate on administrative processes, and manage interactions with executives and outside collaborators.
Requirements include:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Project management proficiency
Financial background is a plus
Exceptional communication and people skills, the candidate will need to achieve buy-in to a culture of excellence
Expert-level organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to plan and execute large, complex meetings for executives and board members
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat in particular
Bachelors degree required
Responsibilities include:
Managing a broad variety of administrative tasks including maintaining an active calendar, completing expense reports, placing promo orders, composing and preparing confidential and time-sensitive correspondence
Personal-related duties
Planning corporate, private, and social events, and bespoke dining experiences (researching and securing restaurant reservations)
Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Supporting the executives in strategic communications, organization strategy, and all other projects as assigned including presentations preparation, reports, memo drafting and editing
40 hours/ week primarily in office, and on call as necessary for special events
$100-120k salary plus opportunity for annual bonus
