As the Customer & Community Experience Associate for Kosas, you will be responsible for fostering quality relationships through providing exceptional brand-differentiating experience and communication, via eCommerce service and social media touchpoints. You will support, educate and champion the customer's voice.

How You'll Contribute
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Kosas by being a primary contact with customers within community and customer service
  • Provide magical customer experience for our Kosas customers via email, SMS, phone, live chat, and all social channels
  • Responsible for solving customer issues in a timely manner and escalating when necessary
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, shade matching, product suggestions, and shipping updates.
  • Work closely with key teams to facilitate feedback loops that directly impact the Kosas customer
  • Continuously seek opportunities and creative ideas to connect with our customers in a way that makes them feel like we went above and beyond to support their beauty experience.

Who You Are
  • Customer obsessed with a natural service orientation
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and detail accuracy orientation
  • Work well under pressure and can maintain composure during difficult customer interactions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills oral and written.
  • High energy, friendly and approachable.
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also being a proactive team player
  • Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Love of beauty and Kosas

What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years in a customer service and/or community role
  • Experience working with Shopify, Zendesk or Gorgias is a plus

The range of hourly wage for this full-time position is between $25.00-$30.00 per hour. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
