Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manage customer field service call dispositions efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee customer field service operations to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer service inquiries and process orders accurately and promptly.
- Plan and manage materials requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
- Evaluate current processes, administration, personnel, and systems, recommending and implementing structural improvements as needed.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks, projects, and job functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as CRM and ERP software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and resolve issues resourcefully.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures relevant to job functions.
Additional Information
- This role involves order entry and processing, materials procurement, and freight tracking.
- Some logistics experience is preferred.
- Position is on-site, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate.
