Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer field service call dispositions efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee customer field service operations to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and process orders accurately and promptly.
  • Plan and manage materials requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operations.
  • Evaluate current processes, administration, personnel, and systems, recommending and implementing structural improvements as needed.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks, projects, and job functions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as CRM and ERP software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and resolve issues resourcefully.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures relevant to job functions.

Additional Information
  • This role involves order entry and processing, materials procurement, and freight tracking.
  • Some logistics experience is preferred.
  • Position is on-site, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate.
