• This position is hybrid with Wednesdays being onsite for team meetings.
• Training will be 100% onsite. • Candidates may specify if they would like to work from the DePere or Louisville locations. • The office is open from 8 AM-6 PM EST. Preferred working hours are 9 AM-6 PM EST, with flexibility needed for earlier coverage. • Candidates may work from the office more often than once per week if they desire.
Overview • Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle Gas utility customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. The client is looking for someone with a great personality and demonstrated ability to provide great customer service. Candidates will need to be willing/able to learn a great deal, so a quick and eager learner is imperative.
Required Skills & Experience • HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience. • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Demonstrated ability to provide great customer service. • Strong customer service aptitude and a desire to help. • Quick and eager learner. • High speed, reliable internet for remote work.
