A large financial services company seeks a candidate with strong customer service expertise to support their operations.
Rate/Salary: $19/h - $19.16/h
Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States
Contract: 6-12+ months (possible perm/extension)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Call Center environment required!!!
Financial industry experience a plus
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Client accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Client Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
