A Boston investment firm is seeking a Office Coordinator to provide general office management duties.
Provide basic reception duties including answering and directing calls, greeting guests, prepare conference rooms for client meetings, maintain office documentation including filing, binding client presentations, maintain kitchen/ordering lunches and supplies.
Assist with basic bookkeeping functions.
Opportunity to handle client service duties.
2+ years of experience within reception/office manager/administrative
High quality of inter-personal skills
Strong Microsoft skills
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
