Executive Coordinator

Direct Hire

Hybrid, Wellesley MA, 2 days in a week

Industry: Nonprofit, fundraising

Must have:

-3+ years experience in Administrative or Coordinator role interacting with Exec/VP level (ideally in a Nonprofit)

-Strength with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

-Clear and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills

-Bachelors degree

The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in supporting the CEO to advance the organization's mission. This role blends executive support with a strong emphasis on donor relations and organizational operations. Key responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating high-priority projects with team members across the organization, and assisting with donor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to the CEO.

Manage day-to-day administrative duties.

Coordinate high-priority projects with colleagues across the organization.
