We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Program Manager to execute demand generation programs targeting our existing customer base. This role involves managing multi-channel campaigns, leveraging marketing tools for program evaluation, and collaborating across internal and external teams to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute demand generation plans, including webinars, emails, content syndication, direct mail, and virtual events.
Create and manage tasks in SharePoint and Workfront to facilitate data work, HTML email layout, landing pages, and email blasts.
Utilize marketing software tools, such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel, for program evaluation, data accuracy, and reporting.
Follow repeatable processes for program development, execution, and follow-up, ensuring timely communication with lead development representatives, demand generation peers, and sales teams.
Foster strong relationships with portfolio marketing, operations, creative, web, business development, and other cross-functional teams.
Manage external vendor relationships to optimize program budgets and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of B2B software lead/demand generation experience preferred.
Proven track record in lead generation, customer marketing, and communications.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects of moderate complexity.
Strong written communication skills and metrics-oriented mindset.
Understanding of positioning principles and methodologies.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Eloqua is a plus.
