The Director of Client Care reports to the Clinical Director to optimize the performance of the Process of Care department. They ensure that clients are receiving the services that they need to reach certain goals. The Director of Client Care will oversee day-to-day operations, quality management, and process improvements of the Process of Care department. These operations include the acceptance of new clients, assigning treatment plans for all clients and consistent communication with parents/guardians.
Primary Responsibilities: • Manage Process of Care Supervisor • Organizes weekly Team Huddles and Quarterly Meetings • Review and sign off on all Intake Assessments, Treatment Plans, ability to assign diagnosis, and Billable Service Notes • Management Notes per Family Care Coordinator based off of caseload • Reviewing referrals for admission and assigning caseloads • Treatment Group Schedule (provide observations/feedback/training) • Staffing Cases/Therapeutic Interventions based on assigned Treatment Goals
o Providing plan to the Client's team
o Coordinate CFT's • Clinical Supervision - individual and group
o Back-up supervision or main supervision for other departments • Cover caseload and complete intakes, as needed • Manages departmental budget • Data tracking • Attend/participate in designated mtgs • Audit case records • Provide training on?clinical?topics, as needed • Collaborate with Reliatrax and update any forms needed

Education & Experience • Associate Level License (LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LASAC) or higher (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC) • At least 2 years of experience using an active license • One year of management preferred
