We are looking for an Experience Manager to join our team and support our South Fulton, GA location.
Overview
As Experience Manager at Shift, you'll play an important role in ensuring a positive customer journey by assisting with membership growth, supporting current members, and making everyone feel welcome.
The day-to-day for this role includes: giving tours, following up with potential members, assisting with the move-in process, customer service, delivering packages, helping with events, and being the face of the brand on-site.
If you want to avoid people and have a hard time responding quickly to emails, texts, and calls, this role is NOT for you.
If you're a self-starter who can manage yourself and you like the idea of creating a welcoming environment, this may be the role for you.
Your success will help shape the Atlanta location and can lead to growth opportunities within our company.
Responsibilities
Assist with membership growth by supporting the sales process
Identify pain points and highlight benefits
Give welcoming tours, highlighting our value to potential members
Help manage sales pipeline using our CRM
Provide support for members with any issues they may have
Walk members through the onboarding process so they feel at home
Build in-depth relationships with members, and help facilitate relationships between other members
Work with partners to ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance of the property
Being the face of the brand on-site and being welcoming to everyone so they feel at home.
Requirements
Reliable, with strong follow through
Skilled in communicating value and converting new members
Fluent in written and verbal communication
Ability to ask insightful questions to uncover needs and match solutions
Strong interpersonal skills and social intuition to read between the lines
Demonstrates understanding and empathy
Able to create a sense of belonging and a welcoming environment
Familiar with CRM tools to track and nurture potential deals
Proactive, adaptable, and a self-starter
Must be collaborative, willing to wear multiple hats, and able to anticipate challenges
Understanding of community building or community management
Bonus points if you've ever gone over the top to create a story worthy moment for a client or customer
Double bonus points if you have a knack for making a room full of strangers feel like old friends
