GPI seeks a HR/Payroll Coordinator to provide accurate responses and solutions to staff within the GPI family of companies. This position will be the secondary point of contact for payroll, time away from work, employee records management, onboarding, employee-related programs, and employee assistance.

Responsibilities:
Organize HR department records and employment files, scan information into the system, and perform other clerical functions as needed.Schedule, coordinate, and arrange HR team meetings and appointments and document meeting notes and action items.Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring timecards have been submitted and approved and corrections are made ahead of the predetermined payroll submission deadline.Evaluate, prepare, and input payroll data on a timely basis.Maintain and assign employee training, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.Assist with employee engagement tasks.Support the development of engaging training videos for our HCM.Assist other corporate services teams as needed.
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Human Resources Management or closely related field 1+ years of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience Customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills Organized and detail oriented. Ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
