Here at The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Program Manager of Talent Development. This person will be a key player on our Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) team, utilizing their expertise to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning and development solutions with a focus on onboarding as well as developing and evolving our learning paths and curriculum development for individual contributors and aspiring managers. You will ensure programs drive engagement, skill growth and career readiness, and that they align with organizational strategies and goals.
Our ideal candidate has a background in training/ learning development along with experience program managing large-scale initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with other program and content owners and senior leaders to ensure effective content, delivery and outcomes, identifying areas of improvement and proactively resolving issues. Primary accountabilities:
Design, develop, deliver and measure effectiveness of innovative, engaging, and impactful programs across a variety of learning modalities.
Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover development needs in partnership with the AVP of Learning and Organizational Development.
Evolve program offerings to build a culture of continuous learning.
Work collaboratively with business leaders, HR business partners, and culture and experience teams to evolve our talent development offerings and programs.
Work collaboratively with the talent development team regarding program design, performance analysis, and technology.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in education, human resources, learning or organizational design/ technologies, business administration or equivalent experience.
Typically requires eight or more years of progressive experience in designing, developing and delivering leadership and professional development programs within an organization.
Preferred experience having program managed large scale initiatives.
Possesses demonstrated proficiency in interacting with data, reports, and information system along with solid Project Management experience.
Familiarity with common training tools and platforms: Fuel50, LMS, LinkedIn Learning.
Additional qualifications:
Solid understanding and expertise with best practices in progressive learning design and development.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Ability to navigate complexity and establish priorities in an agile environment.
Strong consultative, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include: communicating complex issues succinctly, presenting effectively, as well as building and maintaining relationships while exercising influence.
Proven track record to both develop and manage program materials including the use of PowerPoint, project management software and excel.
Base Salary Range: Min: 117,800 Mid: 153,000 - Max: 188,200 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
