Job Description:
As a Compliance QA Analyst, you will oversee the QA process for a team supporting one or multiple Riot products in the 1P compliance testing space. You will act as a primary liaison between game teams, central operations groups, and third-party vendors conducting test efforts. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to develop more efficient solutions to everyday problems and improve delivery. You will also work with other QA professionals, often remotely, to complete your tasks.
Impact/Scope:
Execute quality activities (testing, risk assessment) that impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of your team and related teams.
Provide specific recommendations for improvements in the development process and product quality.
Complexity:
Solve complex problems by innovating on best practices and implementing new approaches to mitigate quality risks.
Supervision/Oversight:
Operate independently with minimal instruction on day-to-day work.
Instruct junior QA and external testers in their daily tasks.
Craft Knowledge:
Demonstrate expertise in one area and deploy a variety of craft elements to solve increasingly complex problems.
Required Qualifications:
Experience designing and executing test plans for both functional and compliance QA.
Familiarity with 1st Party requirements in the console space on Sony and Microsoft platforms.
Experience executing tests on TRCs/XRs.
Deep understanding of the nuances around 1P requirements and changes.
Previous experience launching products on console and mobile platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to increase compliance awareness and predictability.
Experience managing components of a defect database.
Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.
Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.
3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, with success leading testing efforts on a team.
Desired Qualifications:
Development experience across several platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
