LOCALiQ is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team! As a member of the sales operations team at LocaliQ, you will support our great sales representatives and managers by tracking sales information, generating and uploading lead lists, managing account territories, resolving operational problems, helping complex deals over the finish line, and improving overall efficiency within the Sales Department. In addition, you will be the go-to resource for any sales process questions or problems. Responsibilities:
Be the resource for all sales processes, business systems, reporting systems, sales tools, and products.
Manage end-to-end workflow of generating, appending, and uploading lead lists for the outside sales team.
Manage account territories of the inside sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Support all local or virtual office employees with tools training and troubleshooting.
Be the point person for resolving issues and escalate when necessary.
Resolve problems by investigating historical data and maintaining knowledge of team initiatives
Accomplish departmental and organizational goals by learning new skills and responsibilities as needed
Assist with various sales operations projects as assigned
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong Excel Skills
Experience using the Salesforce CRM
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry and analytical reporting
Ability to balance complex, long-term projects and day-to-day sales enablement responsibilities
You are technologically savvy and a fast learner

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $43,000 and $65,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
