Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Rockledge, FL that is looking for an Epic Willow Analyst to design, maintain and implement Epic systems within the organization.

Overview:
This person will understand workflows, core functions and process of the supported business area. The Epic Willow Analyst will coordinate with clinical end users as well as design, configure, test, and troubleshoot. This person must have Willow Inpatient experience and has helped with clinical content, including medication build and order set build. The Epic Analysts will work closely with pharmacists/physicians to interpret and incorporate feedback into the build. The Epic Analyst will attend SME meetings and communicate progress, limitations, and barriers to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be Epic certified or obtain Epic Certification upon hire or within 6 months


• Two years in healthcare or one year of experience in IT


• Experience in healthcare, specifically areas in inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory or revenue cycle


• Onsite once a month required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
