Overview
We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Starbucks Shift Supervisor to join our team in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you assist the Store Manager with training and development of staff and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Starbucks, managing staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Starbucks, and the hospitality industry, with exceptional leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. If you are an energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
Prior Starbucks experience preferred
Proven supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and cost control
Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
Serve Safe certification preferred
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
