Senior Director, Costing & Reporting - Consumer Products at Roth Staffing Companies in El Segundo, California

Job Description:

An international consumer products company located near Marina Del Rey is looking for a Senior Director of Costing & Reporting. In this position, the Senior Director of Product Costing & Reporting will be responsible for analyzing companywide product costing, performing complex financial modeling, reviewing revenue and cost projections, and managing cost controls. The Senior Director of Costing & Reporting will also oversee and enhance product operating costs and costing strategies, generate global market analytics reports, as well as collaborate with various business partners, department leaders, and staff members to drive cost saving initiatives.


* Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
* Accomplished product costing and financial modeling/reporting executive leadership role with a footwear company.
* High level of cost, supply chain, and finance knowledge.
* Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and critical decision-making skills are also required.
* Experience working with a global organization.
* Strong systems background is needed.
* $270 - 300k + bonus.
