Duties:
* Assist the owner with attending meetings and taking notes
* Manage inbound and outbound calls - handle intake forms and schedule appointments
* Handle mail, voicemails, and forward to the appropriate person
* Create new patient profiles
* Review post-visit instructions, costs, insurance, and estimated payments
* Assist with out-of-office referrals and scheduling for other clinics
* Order office supplies and stock forms
Requirements:
* Associate degree required
* Previous administrative support work experience
* Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus!
Additional Info:
* Pay: $42,000 to $46,000 annually
* Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Location: 100% in office
