The Unified Collaboration (UC) Solutions Architect partners with our Sales and Practice Teams in various ways in a presale's technical role, providing technical consultancy and specialized support to augment the sales effort. This includes giving demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects showcasing Unified Collaboration product solutions, explaining features/benefits to customers, and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs based on business requirements and network configuration.

The UC Architect also assists with the development of formal sales proposals involving collaboration initiatives and may have direct customer interaction throughout the life cycle of a sale. This involves communicating with all levels of staff and customers, ranging from project managers to corporate executives.

This individual will possess a broad knowledge of technologies and applications of Unified Collaboration in a variety of vertical/enterprise markets. In addition to technological aptitude, they must have the ability to learn quickly and stay current with emerging technologies. The ideal candidate's interpersonal, presentation, and troubleshooting skills will evoke passion and confidence.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• 5 + years of related experience in a Presales role is required .

• Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.

• Certifications: Pexip, Cisco and Zoom Collaboration, Microsoft Teams rooms, CCNA or higher preferred . Other networking or Unified Collaboration-related certifications are a plus.

• Must understand the role that Microsoft, Cisco, and other key manufacturers play in Unified Collaboration.

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required .
