Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities Oversee and maintain the company's general ledger using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Perform month-end closing processes, including preparation and presentation of financial statements for management review Manage payroll accounting, maintain payroll records, and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees. Calculate monthly commissions accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct and record month-end inventory adjustments to reflect accurate stock levels. Conduct ad hoc analyses and partner with management to support informed business decision-making. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure streamlined and effective processes. Coordinate with senior leaders to verify the accuracy of financial data for tax compliance and reporting. Oversee cash flow management, including accounts receivable collections and accounts payable disbursements Calculate quarterly bonuses using designated management templates. Oversee office administration and supervise and manage the work of the administrative assistant. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field or a combination of education and experience Minimum of five years experience in accounting and finance At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred. QuickBooks certification is preferred Required Skills/Abilities Proficient in QuickBooks Online with a deep understanding of its features and functionalities Skilled in using Excel for data analysis and financial reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in all aspects of work Effective time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently Additional Details Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Work environment: In-office, Hybrid once fully trained Physical demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel required: Minimal, as required
