Provide basic office and clerical support to a department or function. Duties will include basic computer data entry, word processing, filing, responding to incoming telephone or in-person inquiries. Provide assistance as requested requiring excellent customer service and communications skills. Work with close supervisions and follow pre-determined instructions.
Reports are generated timely and accurately

Office supplies are ordered and inventory maintained as needed.
Appointments are scheduled and calendars maintained with sensitivity to scheduling conflicts.
Meetings or events are scheduled and coordinated. Equipment and materials are available as needed.
Travel arrangements are made appropriately to time and scheduling needs of participants.
Meetings are attended and meeting notes are prepared and distributed to attendees.
Presentation materials are prepared accurately and timely.
Correspondence and other written communications are drafted for final approval.
Additional department, organization, or network activities are completed per established objectives.
