About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal. This position will report to the General Counsel and provide general legal support in furtherance of the Company’s day-to-day operations.  The position requires strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and a willingness to help. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer and oversee insurance agent/agency licensing compliance program.


• Supports Company contract review and management process.


• Provide support with pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and regulatory complaints.


• Deliver general legal assistance to advance the Company’s goals and daily operations.


• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agent partners and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For: 

• 
  Education & Experience:
  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification with 3+ years of relevant business experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  
  • Knowledge of compliance related to administrative filings preferred.
  
  
  • Contract management experience a plus.
  
  
  • Litigation experience valued but not required.
