As a Business Support team member, you will be verifying that standards and qualifications are being met, that work orders have supporting documentation as-builts, service cards, Operator Qualification records, and updating assets with new pipe information to ensure accurate leak survey frequency. You will be detail-oriented and have good communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience in instructor-led training preferred. You will work a hybrid schedule with some days working remotely and others working in the office.
What You Will Do
Provides business support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of new residential service line blanket work orders.
Compile, analyze, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with and ensure all required documentation is included as required in closing new residential service line blanket work orders.
This includes but not limited to job orders and completion reports, constructed as-builts (i.e., technical drawing), service line documentation, pipeline data such as compliance records and major materials.
Utilize Job Estimating System (JES), Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Banner, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Locus View, and Excel to enter data.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Minimum H.S. Diploma
An understating in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including but not limited to computers, photocopiers, and applicable software listed under Essential Functions.
An understanding of policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position.
An understanding of reading various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports.
Ability to interact, advise and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Minimum Applicable driver's license. Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.
Ability to communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.
Visual requirements sufficient to perform job duties.
